The ARBY Industries Story:
A Legacy of Craftsmanship and Growth
Founded in 1980 by the visionary Late Ahmad Ali, ARBY Industries began as a small, family-owned leather business in the southern region of India, in Chennai, formerly known as Madras. Ahmad Ali's dedication to quality craftsmanship and community upliftment laid a strong foundation for the company.
In 1994, the mantle of leadership passed to his son, Mohd Ahmad. With a passion for his father’s vision, Mohd Ahmad took significant strides in expanding the business. He not only focused on increasing profits but also prioritized generating employment opportunities, thereby contributing to the socio-economic development of the region.
Under his dynamic leadership, ARBY Industries experienced substantial growth. Recognizing the potential for further expansion, Mohd Ahmad took a bold step in 2012 by setting up new manufacturing units in the northern regions of India, specifically in Kanpur and Unnao in Uttar Pradesh. These units specialized in the production of safety industrial shoes, marking a significant milestone in the company’s journey.
Today, the next generation has joined the family business, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative ideas. Jawed Ahmad and Saksham Kesarwani, along with their robust management team, have infused new energy into ARBY Industries. Their strategic vision and modern approach have propelled the company to new heights, ensuring sustained compound growth.
